We aim to dispatch all orders within 1-2 working days. Orders of more than 6 keyrings are subject to a slightly longer dispatch period during times of heavy traffic such as Christmas.
We offer free delivery on all orders over £30. We use our Royal Mail 48 option for our free delivery so if you would like your order quicker you do have the option to upgrade your delivery at the checkout.
Royal Mail 2nd Class
Our 2nd Class delivery option, costing £3.95 per order, is Royal Mail 2nd Class which aims to deliver to you within 3-5 working days of dispatch.
Royal Mail 1st Class
Our 1st Class delivery option, costing £4.95 per order, is Royal Mail 1st Class which aims to deliver to you within 1-3 working days of dispatch.
Next Working Day Delivery
For £7.95 your order can be upgraded to our Next Working Day Delivery service. Each product has its own cut off time, some up to 1pm, please check each individual product for its own order cut off time. We only dispatch on working days. If you order on a Saturday or Sunday the order will be shipped on the Monday for delivery Tuesday. If the Monday is a bank holiday the order will be shipped Tuesday for delivery Wednesday.
Please note that orders can take from 1-5 working days to be delivered depending on the delivery option selected. Timescales for the delivery of all products are approximate. We do not accept responsibility for the delay of shipping under any circumstances. We will not investigate or refund any order not received until after 21 working days of your order being dispatched.
We do not accept liability for items not received when you have supplied an incorrect address.
We reserve the right to amend delivery dates in the event of unexpected circumstances. In these circumstances you will be informed and have the right to cancel where a full refund will be provided.
Cancellations & Returns
You have the right to cancel any product that has not been personalised, or return any product that has not been personalised within the statutory period. Products that have been personalised can be cancelled if we have not started their production, and written confirmation of the cancellation is recieved by us before we begin production. Personalised products cannot be returned unless deemed faulty by us.
We will not refund any product where incorrect information or images have been entered by you on our website, this includes spelling mistakes and incorrect images.
We will not refund any product where the colour received does not exactly match that displayed on your monitor. Colour can appear different on different monitors, and as such we will do our best to match but will not be liable.
Returned items must be returned in their original packaging and postage paid for by the customer.
