Free Delivery

We offer free delivery on all orders over £25. We use our Royal Mail Tracked 48 option for our free delivery so if you would like your order quicker you do have the option to upgrade your delivery at the checkout.

Royal Mail Tracked 48

Our Tracked 48 delivery option, costing £3.50 per order, is Royal Mail Tracked 48 which aims to deliver to you within 3-5 working days of dispatch.

Royal Mail Tracked 24

Our Tracked 24 delivery option, costing  £4.95 per order, is Royal Mail Tracked 24 which aims to deliver to you within 1-3 working days of dispatch.

Please note that orders can take from 1-5 working days to be delivered depending on the delivery option selected. Timescales for the delivery of all products are approximate. We do not accept responsibility for the delay of shipping under any circumstances. We will not investigate or refund any order not received until after 21 working days of your order being dispatched.

We do not accept liability for items not received when you have supplied an incorrect address.

We reserve the right to amend delivery dates in the event of unexpected circumstances. In these circumstances you will be informed and have the right to cancel where a full refund will be provided.

Cancellations & Returns

You have the right to cancel any product that has not been personalised, or return any product that has not been personalised within the statutory period. Products that have been personalised can be cancelled if we have not started their production, and written confirmation of the cancellation is recieved by us before we begin production. Personalised products cannot be returned unless deemed faulty by us.

We will not refund any product where incorrect information or images have been entered by you on our website, this includes spelling mistakes and incorrect images.

We will not refund any product where the colour received does not exactly match that displayed on your monitor. Colour can appear different on different monitors, and as such we will do our best to match but will not be liable.

Returned items must be returned in their original packaging and postage paid for by the customer.
